It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved mother, Tara Wati Saini, on September 29th, 2025. Tara was a devoted wife to our late father Gopal, a loving mother to Neena (Jeff) and Ashok (Mary), and a cherished grandmother to Aneil and Jasmine.

She was also a caring sister to Kiran and a beloved aunt to her many nieces and nephews.

Born on November 28, 1939, Tara immigrated to Canada with her young family in 1969. A trailblazer in every sense, she paved the way for generations to come, teaching us the true meaning of humanity, love, integrity, respect, joy, and humility.

Our mother was a woman of unwavering faith and incredible strength. Mom sacrificed her sleep by working as a night nurse for over 30 years to give Neena and I a wonderful life. Over the past 8 years she fought bravely against Parkinsons and the Pulmonary Fibrosis in her lungs. We are incredibly fortunate to have had such a loving mother. She passed peacefully in her sleep. She is now finally free to join Dad in heaven.
