On November 5, 2025 Ruby Sheppard passed away quietly surrounded by her family at the Royal Victoria Hospital in Barrie after a short fight with cancer. She leaves behind her husband Ian Sheppard and Daughter Victoria Esligner (nee Sheppard) Visitation will be at the Pine Hills Cemetery Funeral Center on November 11, 2025 from 2:00 to 4:00 pm and again from 6:00 to 8:00 pm The service will take place November 12,2025 at Maria Gorretti R.C. Church at 11:00 am burial to follow at Pine Hills Cemetery with reception in Pine Hills main building from 1:00 to 3:00 pm.
