It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Richard Evans “Rick” Kaye. Rick left us too soon on Thursday, June 19, 2025. Beloved son of the late Carl Kaye and Merran Kaye. Rick will be forever in our hearts and dearly missed by his daughter, Brooklynn Kaye and her mother Joanne Kaye along with his siblings: twin brother Rob Kaye (Heather Werner Best), brothers Mike Kaye and Jonathan Kaye and sister Leslie King. Much loved by nieces Krystin, Riley and Cadence and nephews Justin, Evan and Braden. Rick was instantly liked from the moment you met him and will be fondly remembered by extended family, numerous friends and acquaintances. His great sense of humour, sarcastic wit and easy going personality will leave us all with lasting memories and a smile on our faces. A private service will be held for the family, with a Celebration of Life taking place at a later date.
