In Loving Memory of Phillip Zolis
September 27, 1945 – July 1, 2026

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend, Phillip Zolis, who passed away peacefully on July 1, 2026, at the age of 80.

Phillip was born on September 27, 1945, in Florina, Greece, to his loving parents, Lazaros and Vasiliki, who predeceased him. He was proud of his Macedonian heritage and carried the traditions, values, and love of family with him throughout his life.

Phillip had a deep love for nature, especially birds. His greatest passion was raising pigeons in the backyard coop he built and cared for with pride. Watching and caring for his pigeons brought him immense happiness, and his appreciation extended to all birds and the beauty they brought to the world.

He leaves behind his loving daughter, Aliki, and son-in-law, Arris; his devoted son, Larry, and daughter-in-law, Vanessa; his cherished granddaughters, Isabella, Iliana, and Gabriella, who were the light of his life; and Dianne, the mother of Aliki and Larry.

Phillip is also survived by his brothers, John and Danny, and his beloved nephews, Larry, Chris, Johnny, and Alexander, along with many extended family members and dear friends whose lives were enriched by knowing him.

Though our hearts are broken, we take comfort in knowing that his love and spirit will continue to live on through his children, grandchildren, and everyone who had the privilege of knowing him.

Forever loved, forever remembered, and forever in our hearts.
