In memory of

Patricia Issobelle Swann

February 9, 1938 - January 26, 2026

SWANN, PATRICIA ISSOBELLE

Daughter, Sister, Mother, Nana.

Born February 9, 1938 in Toronto and passed away peacefully in Toronto on January 26, 2026.
Daughter of David and Lillian Swann. Beloved sister of Jean, Elinor, Doreen, Sheila, David and Kathy.
Patricia grew up on Rushbrooke Avenue and spent summers at Big Clear Lake in Arden, Ontario.
Daughter. Friend. Sister-In-Law, Aunt. Mother of William Perkins and wife Julie. Nana to Spencer and Keira.

An avid reader, Patricia also loved coffee, crossword puzzles, Coronation Street, the Cottage, and celebrating Christmas. Patricia was generous and had many strong, meaningful, connections. Patricia's leaving those that she came into contact with many pleasant memories and anecdotes.

To honour my mother's wishes, following a private cremation there will be no funeral or memorial service. I invite you to please privately celebrate Patricia's memory in your own way. Thank you for understanding during this difficult time.

Online condolences may be left at MountPleasantGroup.com in the Obituary section at Pine Hills Cemetery located at Birchmount and St. Clair Avenue East.
