It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Norman David Buffery, a lifelong Torontonian who died peacefully on Thursday, October 16, 2025, at the age of 60. Norman was born on January 23, 1965.
A beloved son, brother, and dedicated member of his community, Norman was the cherished son of the late Norman Sr. and Veronica Buffery.

Norman was a passionate volunteer, giving his time to Our Place, where he loved helping his community and made many dear friends. An avid bowler, he spent many hours on the lanes, earning various trophies and medals for his participation. Norman was a well-known and kind fixture within his community, and the friendships he forged at both the volunteer centre and the bowling alley were a source of great joy.

He was a dear brother and a lively presence in the lives of his seven siblings: Michael, Jo-Anne, John, Steven, Maggie, Barbara, and Meaghan. Norman's memory will live on through his family members, and friends who adored his wit, kindness, and unique spirit.

Friends may call at the SIMPLE ALTERNATIVE Funeral Centre, 1535 South Gateway Road, Mississauga Ontario on Monday November 10, 2025 from 2 - 3 p.m. A Memorial will follow at 3 p.m.
