It is with great sorrow that we announce the peaceful passing of Mr. Niharendu Bose on May 16, 2025 surrounded by his family and loved ones.

He is survived by his immediate family - his beloved wife Krishna and his loving sons Prateek & Pramit, as well as two brothers and a sister in India along with several nieces and nephews.

Niharendu was born in India into a large family and came to Canada in 1969 as a student. After completing his Masters Degree, he started his career & built his life in the Toronto area.

He had a large social circle, not only in Canada, but all over the world, and he always remained very close to his family in India, who will all miss him immensely.

In memory of Niharendu and in lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
