In the early morning of September 18th, 2026 Milica (Maggie) Nikolic (nee Uzelac) passed peacefully in her sleep at the Royal Victoria Hospital in Barrie, Ontario.

After a prolonged illness, Milica simply could not get over the recent passing of her beloved husband Nikola who predeceased her by 32 days.

Born August 27th, 1939 in Belgrade, Serbia, Milica is survived by her daughter Snezana (Rajko), son Robert, grandchildren Jelena, Alexandra, Stevan and Katarina (Dumethre) as well as her sister Vera (Ray) and brother Milorad Marija) along with many nieces and nephews.
