Marion Lawrie passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loving family, at Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital on May 13, 2026, at the age of 87 following a short battle with Stage 4 Cancer.

Beloved wife of her late Husband Normie Lawrie with whom they shared 35 years of marriage. She is now reunited with Normie and her grandson Tyler.

Marion’s life was full of joy and adventure. She met each day with a positive outlook.
She always brought a smile to everyone she was pleased to know.
She will be sadly missed by many family and friends.

Loving Mother of Pam, Stepsister’s Daphne and Diane. Exceptional Sister, Sister-in-Law, and an extraordinary Aunt and Bama (Nana).

In Lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be most welcomed.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, June 6, 2026, at the Elgin Mills Funeral Centre (1591 Elgin Mills Road East, Richmond Hill, 905-737-1720)
