Suddenly on Monday, Marie Fujita-Yamashita passed away at home next to her beloved daughter and saint bernard dog “Ellie”. Marie had many health issues but still remained strong and was full of life and determination. Predeceased by her parents Gengo and Sumi Fujita, and her two older sisters Jean Nagata/Min, Florence Seki/Tak, eldest son Richard Fujita and nephew Stuart Seki. Marie leaves behind a loving family and friends including, children Bob/Joyce, Karen , David/Paula, grandchildren,(Davis/Anne),(Laura/Eric),(Carson/Marcy), (Robbie), (Sarah/Josh),(Jessica/Phil), (Emilee) Nephew, (Jeffrey/Akiko-Jonathan) Nieces,(Susan/Gregg), (Marianne), (Joan/Mario – Sydney and Samantha), (Kim Seki-Hynes), daughter in law Susan Turnbull/Andrew. Marie was exceptionally talented from playing the organ at church, outstanding bowler, gifted artist and a member of the LDS church. She will be missed by extended family members and friends .
Service will be held at a later date.
