游麗容女士的家人以感恩的心，宣佈她於2026年6月16日安詳辭世，享年83歲。
她身後留下兩名子女：何國禧及何翠萍，以及兩名孫兒：何啟邦及何敏賢。她的摯愛丈夫何驥年及大姐均先她而去。
游麗容生於中國廣東省南海區，是三姐妹中最小的一位，她的母親是當地深受街坊愛戴的鬆糕小販，人稱「鬆糕妹」。她在中國度過童年，求學期間甚至學過一些俄語，後來在鄰近的何氏社區結識了何驥年，從此結下一生緣分。她天生擅長說故事，腦海中珍藏著無數童年回憶。那些故事，她會一遍又一遍地娓娓道來，神情飛揚，細節豐富，聽得多的人甚至能夠一字不漏地複述出來。正是這種精神，讓她的故事得以延續。無論是在多倫多、香港，或是她兒時的家鄉，她的家永遠充滿溫暖、歡笑與美食。
她深愛園藝、烹飪與縫紉。若你見到她穿著背心，大概便能猜到她還在某處縫了更多隱藏袋。每逢夏天，她的花園總會迎來豐收— 冬瓜、番茄、韭菜、青蔥與翠玉瓜應有盡有。她尤其喜歡用自己種的新鮮韭菜包餃子，一包便是幾十隻，總是多得足以與家人和街坊分享。

It is with deep sadness and hearts full of love that the family of Yau Lai Yung announces her peaceful passing on June 16, 2026 at the age of 83.
She is survived by her two children, Hayes Ho and Tracy Ho, and her two grandchildren, Wilson Ho and Christine Ho. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Ho Kai Lin, and her eldest sister.
Born in Nanhai District (南海区), Guangdong, China, Lai Yung was the youngest of three sisters and the daughter of the beloved local sponge cake maker, affectionately known in the community as 鬆糕妹. She spent her childhood going to school in China, even picking up some Russian along the way, before meeting Ho Kai Lin, in the neighboring Ho community. She had a gift for storytelling and a treasure trove of memories from her childhood - tales she would share again and again with such joy and detail that those lucky enough to hear them could eventually recite them word for word. It is in that spirit that her story lives on. Whether in Toronto, Hong Kong, or the community of her childhood, her home was always a place of warmth, laughter, and delicious food.
She had a deep love for gardening, cooking, and sewing. If she had a vest on you could probably guess there are more hidden pockets somewhere else. Every summer you could expect a bountiful harvest of melons, tomatoes, chives, green onions, and zucchinis from her garden. She took great joy in using those fresh chives to make dumplings by the dozens with more than enough to share with family and neighbors alike.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday June 27, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. at Elgin Mills Cemetery (1591 Elgin Mills Road East, Richmond Hill, ON L4S 1M9). Cremation will follow at Elgin Mills Cemetery.
