Lee Kwok Fun passed away peacefully, leaving behind a legacy of love, resilience, and devotion. He is survived by his beloved wife, Fei Man; his children, Gigi and Alan; and his cherished grandchildren, Hilary, Valerie, Nathaniel, and Chara.
Born in Hong Kong in 1945, Lee began his adventurous life at the age of 17 as a seaman, sailing across the globe as a cargo ship mechanic. After years at sea, he participated in the construction of the Cross-Harbour Tunnel, worked as mechanic in hotel chain, owned a hardware store in Hong Kong before making the courageous decision to uproot his family and immigrate to Canada in 1991. There, he built a second career as Assistant Manager of Hotel Maintenance, a role he proudly held for 25 years until his retirement at age 70.
On October 12, 2025, Lee embraced his faith and accepted Christ as his Saviour, followed by his baptism on November 1, 2025 - a profound and joyful milestone in his life.
Lee will be remembered as a lifelong soccer enthusiast, an extraordinary handyman who could fix anything, a steadfast supporter of newspapers, and a passionate bingo player. His humour, dedication, and love for family will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew him.
