Our beloved mother Kwi Soon Kim passed away peacefully in her home on February 24, 2026 at the age of 91.
She was born in South Korea on March 10, 1934, and immigrated to Canada on April 3, 1981.
She was preceded in death by Husband, Jung bae Kim.
She leaves behind her children Young Kyu Kim, Jong Boom Kim (Sunyi Kim), Mie Hwa Kim(Scott Thornton), Jong Sik Kim(Mieun Kim) and her grandchildren Jason Kim, Susie Kim, Bianca Thornton, Jerica Thornton, Derek Thornton, Gene Kim, Billy Kim, Joy Kim.
The funeral was held at Elgin Mills Funeral Home on February 26, 2026.
