It is with deep sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Kevin Anthony MacDiarmid in Haliburton, Ontario.
Kevin was a skilled carpenter by trade, known for his craftsmanship and heart. At the time of his passing, he was working on a cherished friend’s cottage what he fondly called a “diamond in the rough.”
It was a place he dreamed of sharing with his beloved dogs, Miley and Socrates, and his best friend (with benefits) Brenda.
Born in North York, Ontario, on March 27, 1965, Kevin now rests peacefully, reunited with his dear mother, Blanche.
He will be lovingly remembered and forever missed by Brenda, and his dogs, his siblings: Maureen (Gerry), Ian, Johnny, and Neil (Shannon). Kevin also leaves behind many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and a wide circle of friends who will cherish his memory.
A Celebration of Life will be held at The Army Navy and Airforce Veterans Club, located at 3rd Street and Cawthra in Mississauga. July 20th 1pm-4pm
In lieu of flowers, donations in Kevin’s memory may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or to a local animal shelter, causes close to his heart.
Brenda would like to sincerely thank Dr. Buttom for his incredible patience, thorough explanations, and kindness throughout this journey. "Your support has made a significant difference in my experience".
Additionally, she would like to express her gratitude to family and friends for their unwavering support, love, and compassion. "Your presence and encouragement mean the world to me".
