DAVIO KENNETH. It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing on December 22, 2025 of Ken in his 89th year. Ken was born on Christmas day in 1935. He was married to Babs (predeceased) for 63 years. He was always one of the good guys who was liked by everyone he ever met.
He leaves behind his son Robert (Beverly) and is predeceased by his daughter Norma. Poppa will be greatly missed by his grandchildren Brent (Sherry), Tanya, Adam (Stephanie), Andrea and his great grandchildren Gavin, Owen, Noah, Aiden, Ariana, Hunter, Dominic.
Ken grew up in Cabbage Town and was known for raising pigeons in his youth garnering him the nickname "Pidge". He was always a tireless hard worker and an avid student of navy ships and battles.
There will be a visitation on December 29 from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm and a reception to follow at Pine Hills Funeral Centre at 625 Birchmount Road in Scarborough. In lieu of flowers, a donation can be made to the Heart and Stroke Fund, The Toronto Humane Society or a charity of your choosing would be greatly appreciated.
