On Wednesday, July 22, 2026, Jahangir passed away peacefully at the age of 89. Beloved husband of Pari for 64 years; loving father of Homayun (Vafa), Bahram (Rashin), and Kambiz (Shahrzad); and cherished grandfather of Mahbod, Shirin, and Kayla. Jahangir will be held dear in the hearts of his family, relatives, and many friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations on Jahangir’s name can be made to the Mackenzie Health Foundation.

The Visitation will take place at Elgin Mills Funeral Centre (1591 Elgin Mills Road East (905-737-1720)) on Thursday, July 30th, 2026, from 1:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. With the Funeral Service at 2:00 p.m.
Burial to follow at Elgin Mills Cemetery at 3:00 p.m.
