Jacqueline Gail Graham, affectionately known as Jacquie, was born in Toronto, Ontario on April 8, 1947, and passed away peacefully on September 24, 2026 while receiving exceptional care from the amazing nurses and staff at Royal Victoria Hospital in Barrie.
Jacquie was a teacher, an athlete, and, above all, an extraordinary human being who truly loved life. She was the life of every party, bringing laughter, energy, and warmth wherever she went. She had a remarkable gift for seeing the best in everyone and made all those around her feel welcomed and valued.
A devoted wife, caring sister, loving mother, and cherished Nana, Jacquie’s family was her greatest joy. She will be remembered for her strength, kindness, sense of humor, and endless love for those fortunate enough to know her. Everyone will remember her contagious laughter, love of dancing and big hugs!
In her later years, Jacquie faced dementia with determination and courage. True to her stubborn spirit, she fought valiantly until the very end. Jacquie leaves behind a legacy of love, laughter, and compassion that will continue to live on in the hearts of her family and friends.
