It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved Ivan Brunski, on July 30, 2026, at the age of 88. Ivan passed away peacefully in his own bed, before going to sleep, with his devoted wife Pepe by his side. Born on April 3, 1938, in the village of Brihovo in Croatia, Ivan later immigrated to Canada where he built a long, meaningful life defined by his resilience, hard work and a deep commitment to helping others when they were in need.
Ivan is now peacefully reunited with his beloved only daughter, Christine, who passed away before him. Carrying her memory in his heart every day, Ivan’s enduring love for his family remained the cornerstone of his life. He was a devoted husband to Pepe and a generous friend whose legacy of character and selflessness will be forever treasured by his wife and all who knew him.
