It is with profound sadness and broken hearts that we announce the passing of Giuseppe Antonio “Tony” Crocitto on July 23, 2026. His passing leaves an immeasurable void in the lives of all who loved him, and he will be missed beyond words.
Tony will be remembered always for the boundless love he had for his family, his steadfast loyalty to the Dallas Cowboys and Toronto Argonauts, and the quiet joy he found in life’s simplest moments. His warmth, his gentle spirit, and the love he gave so freely will remain forever etched in the hearts of those who knew him.
He was predeceased by his beloved parents, Antonio Crocitto and Elsa Guadalupe Zambrano, with whom he is now reunited in eternal rest.
Tony leaves behind his devoted family—Ernesto, Rose, Christina, Caroline, Richard, and Patrick—who will cherish his memory for the rest of their lives. He will also be lovingly remembered by his cherished nieces and nephews: Brianna, Carlos, Sebastian, Isabella, Carina, Christian, and Matteo, as well as extended family and dear friends whose lives were touched by his kindness.
A private Celebration of Life will be held on August 14th, 2026. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on this day at 10:00am from the Roman Catholic Church of St. Augustine of Canterbury (80 Shoreham Drive, near Jane, south of Steeles.)
The Rite of Committal will follow at Beechwood Cemetery (on Jane north of Steeles Ave.)
In lieu of flowers, family kindly invites donations in Tony’s memory to Diabetes Canada, a cause close to his heart and meaningful to his family.
