Gerald Edward Beazley
February 4, 1936 - June 13, 2025
It is with immense sadness that we announce that Gerald Edward Beazley passed away peacefully on June 13, 2025, with his family by his side.
Gerry leaves behind Lynn (nee Edgar), his loving wife of sixty-four years, his dearest daughters Laura and Diana and her husband Steven, and his adored grandchildren, Connor, Megan, and Cameron.
Originally from Montreal, Gerry was a long-time resident of Toronto. He worked as a General Sales Manager in the manufacturing industry before retiring early to enjoy more time with those he loved. Gerry enjoyed spending time with family and at the cottage in Quebec’s Eastern Townships. He loved a friendly bet, whether on a hockey game, at the casino or playing cribbage with whoever would take him on. Throughout his life he enjoyed playing squash, golfing, scuba diving and was also an avid collector of watches.
Cremation has taken place, and as per his wishes a celebration of life will be held at a future date.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Gerry’s memory to Sick Kids Foundation (www.sickkidsfoundation). Alternatively, we invite you to raise a toast in his honour, or to remember him in any way that is meaningful to you.
