Gary Reinblatt passed away peacefully on July 16th surrounded by his loved ones. Gary will be dearly missed by his partner, Cyndy Winkler; his sons, B.J. and George (Dale); his granddaughter, Lily; his brother, Harvey; as well as countless family and friends. Predeceased by his wife, Sandra; Wyatt; and parents, Sam and Sonny. Gary was born in Montreal in 1945 and moved to Toronto after graduating from Sir George Williams University. He lived a joyful life making friends wherever he went from McDonald’s, Indian Point, Alpine Ski Club, Bridge, Lawrence Park, and everywhere in between. Gary overcame all of the challenges in his life with his trademark positive attitude. He lived by two philosophies: “life ain’t no dress rehearsal” and “never be afraid of life”. Services will be held privately. In memory of Gary, donations can be made to the Aptus Treatment Centre (Sandra Reinblatt Art Fund) or Ronald McDonald House.
