Join us as we celebrate the life of Erin Lane, cherished daughter of Joan and Steve and loving mother to Finnley.

Erin passed away on May 7th, 2025 with her mother by her side following a brief illness.

She will be remembered by family, friends and colleagues as a deeply caring person who valued her friendships and was always there to provide help when needed.

She found joy in music, baking and entertaining.
Her greatest source of happiness was her son Finnley.
Finn would like to add "she was the best momma ever".

In memory of Erin, donations can be made to Team Chelsea.
