During these formative years she met Nicolae, whom soon she married. They moved together to Transylvania to be near his family and welcomed their beloved daughter, Carmen.
Elena and Nicolae shared many years of partnership before his passing 34 years ago, a loss she endured with quiet courage. In 2008, she moved to Canada to live with Carmen and her family, bringing with her the same warmth, wisdom, and gentle presence that had sustained her family for decades.
