Edmund Bogad passed away peacefully on April 29, 2025 at the age of 90. He is now reunited in Heaven with his beloved wife Emma. He will be forever missed by his loving children, Ed, Karin, and Diana. Edmund was a devoted family man and worked hard his whole life to provide for his family. He had a passion for gardening, wine making, hunting, fishing and smoking various meats, along with taking care of his beloved Labrador Retrievers. He was an avid Toronto Maple Leaf fan and hoped the Leafs would win the cup one more time before his passing. He will be held dear in the hearts of his family, relatives, and many friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to OVC Pet Trust - Canine Health (petrust.ca), the Heart & Stroke Foundation or the Diabetes Association.

Visitation will take place at the Elgin Mills Funeral Centre on Friday, May 9, 2025 from 1-2 p.m. (1591 Elgin Mills Rd E, Richmond Hill, ON L4S 1M9).
The Funeral service will follow on the same day beginning at 2:00 p.m.
The family will be having a reception in memory of Edmund at the Elgin Mills Funeral Centre at 3:00 p.m. and everyone is encouraged to join them.
