Peacefully and surrounded by her family, Szeto King (Dung Thai) passed away on August 4th, 2026 at the age of 92 years.

Born in China on June 10, 1930, Szeto King was known for her kindness, selflessness, and unwavering devotion to her family. She leaves behind a legacy of love and cherished memories that will be carried forward by all who knew her. She will be lovingly remembered by her children: Kevin Ha (Stephanie Ha), Ken Ha (Liping Huang), Lien Ha (Huan Thai), Van Ha, and Tom Ha (Kim Tran); her nine grandchildren; and her six great-grandchildren, all of whom brought her immense joy and pride throughout her life.

Family and friends are invited to attend the visitation on Saturday, August 15, 2026, at 9:00 a.m., followed by the funeral service at 10:00 a.m., at Elgin Mills Cemetery, Cremation & Funeral Centres in the Elgin & Leslie Room. Burial will follow at 11:00 a.m.

The family would like to extend their heartfelt gratitude to the compassionate staff of Kennedy Lodge Long-Term Care Home for the exceptional care, kindness, and support they provided. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Kennedy Lodge in appreciation of their dedicated service and compassion.
