In memory of

Donald John Campbell

December 30, 1933 - May 18, 2025

It is with great sadness, but also gratitude for a long life, that we announce the passing of Donald Campbell on May 18, 2025 at the age of 91. Don passed away peacefully at home, with his loving family by his side.

Don was born December 30, 1933 in Chesley ON. He will be sadly missed but lovingly remembered by his wife Muriel of 65 years, his three children, Sharon (Gary), Carolyn (Ross), Stuart (Glenna), and his five grandchildren, Brianne, Mackenzie, Ethan, Ella and Olivia. Don is survived by his sister Joan, and is predeceased by his brother Douglas.

Don was known for his knowledge, sharp mind and keen interest in current events and sports, particularly hockey. He was a teacher at Georgetown District High School for over 25 years. He was a member of St. Bartholomew's United Church, Brampton Probus Club and Brampton Lawn Bowling Club. Don also loved gardening, and was an avid reader.

In accordance with his wishes, cremation has taken place and a private internment will be held at a later date.

If desired, in lieu of flowers, donations can be considered in Don's memory to the Bethell Hospice in Caledon, or any worthy charity you may wish to support.
