Our beloved mother and grandmother,Aurora Ghitescu, was born on March 6, 1936, in Bucharest and passed away peacefully on May 5, 2026, at the age of 90. To us, she was the steady center of our family — a woman whose strength, faith, and love shaped every part of our lives.

Aurora faced heartbreak early on when she lost her husband at a young age. She never remarried. Instead, she poured her entire heart into raising her children, giving us everything she had with a quiet courage that inspired us every day. Her devotion was constant, unwavering, and deeply felt.

Her faith in God guided her throughout her life. She was dedicated to her church and found comfort and purpose in her spiritual community. She lived her beliefs through kindness, generosity, and a gentle spirit that touched everyone who knew her.

To us, she was more than a mother or grandmother — she was our example of patience, wisdom, and unconditional love. We will miss her soft voice, her warm presence, and the way she made every place feel like home.

Aurora is survived by her daughter Georgia, her son Radu, her daughter in law Adriana, her son in law Adrian, and her cherished grandson George, who brought her endless joy. Her legacy lives on in us, in the values she taught, and in the love she gave so freely.
