At the age of 82 our beloved Armenio Manuel Cordeiro was called by God's angels to join them eternally in heaven on April 1, 2025. Armenio passed away peacefully surrounded by his children after a long battle with dementia at Kensington Gardens Long Term Care residence, Toronto, Ontario.

Armenio was born in Sao Miguel, Azores on July 4, 1942 to loving parents, Odilia Da Costa and Manuel Borges Cordeiro. He is now reunited with his devoted wife, Maria Joana Cordeiro (deceased). He is survived by his children Armenio (Josie), Elizabeth (Robert), Janey (Sebastian) and John. Armenio will be fondly remembered by his beautiful grandchildren, Alyssa, Aidan, Sienna and Gia. He also leaves behind his caring siblings, Manuel (deceased), Maria, Jorgina, Jose and Eduarda.

Armenio was a devoted Catholic, who put his family's interests first. He loved to dance, was an avid soccer fan of his beloved team Sporting and he enjoyed a glass of homemade Portuguese wine. Armenio will always be remembered as a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend.
