It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Arija Grasmanis nee Spelitis on March 6th, 2026 at the age of 98. Predesceased devoted husband Valdis, for over 61 years. Loving mother to Karen and Peter (Elisabeth). Proud "Oma" to Peter and Matthew. Arija will be dearly missed by her family and friends in Latvia and Canada. A private family service will be held at York Cemetery. Donations may be made to the Toronto Latvian Centre and/or St. John's Latvian Lutheran Church.
