Agnes Yuen Shan Cheung - 張陳婉珊夫人
December 31, 1953 - December 11, 2025
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Agnes Yuen Shan Cheung on December 11, 2025. She will be deeply missed by her family and friends.
Born in Hong Kong on December 31, 1953, Agnes lived a life defined by love, strength, and adventure. She expressed her care most beautifully through cooking, turning meals into comfort and joy. Her devotion was constant, especially for her grandsons, who were the light of her life. She enjoyed traveling, experiencing the many cultures of the world. She would often travel with relatives, making memories that much more special.
Agnes is survived by her husband, Lawrence Cheung, her two daughters, Jennifer and Doris, and her cherished grandchildren, Dominik and Lucas. She also leaves behind two sisters and three brothers, who will remember her with love and gratitude.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 20, 2025, at York Cemetery and Funeral Centre.
Her legacy of devotion, discovery, and love will live on in the hearts of all who knew her.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly ask that donations be made to the Trillium Health Partners Foundation in honour of Agnes where she received excellent care during her treatment and final weeks at Credit Valley Hospital.
