YVONNE MORANCIE, 96

Yvonne Morancie, 96, passed away on September 30, 2016 in Mississauga, Ontario.

Visitation will be held at 9:30 AM on Saturday October 8, 2016 at Meadowvale Funeral Centre followed by the funeral service at 10:30 AM. Pastor Saundra Somerville of Portico Church will be officiating. Burial will follow at 11:30 AM and a reception at 12:15 PM at the same venue.

Yvonne was born in La Plaine, Dominica on September 8, 1920. She is survived by her two daughters, Helen Bedneau and Frances Maxime, step-daughter Jennifer Morancie, brother Bernard Barry, sisters Omnia Alphonse and Millicent Barry, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren, her nieces and nephews; and the rest of her family and friends.

She is predeceased by her husband Martindale Morancie, daughter Catherine Esprit and son Reuben Morancie.

My sympathy to the rest of the family members of my aunty otherwise none as "Nenen" . You lived a long life; almost as long as granny (your mom). I am grateful for the time I spent around you.
