Rest among the angels. You have earned it.
Rest In Peace my lovely, brave, kind, optimistic, steadfast and beautiful inside and out Darling Mama. I loved you so much.
I am so grateful for the blessing of such a great Mother. I will miss you but you’ve left your love in my heart forever. 💕
Although we lived on different continents I have many wonderful memories of Yvonne from her visits here and a brief visit to Toronto in the ‘70s. Warm, generous, a good sense of humour and the ability to be positive and upbeat; these are some of the things I associate with her.
RIP, Aunt Yvonne x x
Always a smile, always so gentle, happy and inquisitive of our lives. Yvonne, although living such a distance away managed to make a lasting impression from her visits to the UK. To a very young niece, her Canadian accent seemed so glamorous and her vocabulary so confusing; sidewalk, candy!! But the time between visits just slipped away, once in her presence, as we re-connected with each other. over the decades. She seemed to have such energy and a vitality and lightness of step. Goodnight, Aunt Yvonne. Much love Celia
My first friend in Canada 1954, our lives were intertwined for many years. I am so glad I was able to see her in October . Love to Amanda & Julia from Anne
