In memory of

張鋭清先生 Cliff Yun Ching Cheung

July 4, 1948 -  May 1, 2018

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Cliff Yun Ching Cheung. He passed away peacefully on the morning of Tuesday May 1, 2018 in Sunnybrook Hospital, at age 69. Cliff will be remembered with fondness by his wife Christine, two children Kevin and Jessica, and daughter-in-law Amy. Cliff was a quiet and simple man, who loved being resourceful, especially with home repairs and projects. He never shied away from lending a helping hand. May he rest in peace.

Both my wife Luci and I send our condolences for your loss to all the Cheung Family at this difficult time. Also to all his friends, who must be many, who are left with a void with his passing
My pal Cliff still remains with me and always will in my thoughts and fond recollections of our good times, long chats and shared coffees. Never would I come to Toronto without arranging a time together. Still, all our conversations would culminate with how important family was to us above anything else. How proud we are of our children and how important and satisfied in the knowledge that they are good people who bring so much positivism into the world. Many topics we discussed, but it all came around to that. He was a true Toronto Maple Leaf fan from the time I first met him, a passion we shared. If ever they win the Stanley cup while my own feet rest on this planet, my first thought will be the image of his smiling face. Perhaps our connection at Home Depot over the years may not count to others as strong a relationship as some may be, but he was truly my good pal and I will miss him.

Cliff is a kind person, a good neighbor, a good friend, and I enjoy the moments chatting with him. I can’t imagine what you must be feeling right now, but I want you to know that you are just one phone call away. My heart felt condolences.
