Mrs. Yok Moy Shum passed away peacefully on November 9, 2023, at the age of 85 years old. Mrs. Shum was born in Malaysia. She left Malaysia when she was a teenager and went to China. She lived in China for more than 20 years before immigrating to Canada in 1976. She leaves behind her beloved husband, Kin Lim Shum, for more than 64 years, her son Albert Shum, her daughters Pamela Shum (David Ng), Kim Shum, grandsons Wesley Ng (Carrie Ng), Clayton Shum, Dante Minicucci, granddaughters, Roslyn Ng and Chloe Shum.
