You are invited to attend our annual
York and Prospect Candlelight Memorial Service
Wednesday, December 6th, 2023 at 7:00 p.m.
To be held at: York Funeral Centre
160 Beecroft Road, North York, ON M2N 5Z5
The program will include readings, reflections, musical interludes,
a candle-lighting ceremony and an “in Memoriam” photo tribute
to honour those you are remembering.
Guests may attend in person.

before December 4, 2023 and include:
 High resolution photo (max. file size 2 MB) of the person you are remembering
 Full name, year of birth and year of death
 Your name and phone number
Please note all submissions will be confirmed with a reply email

For those who prefer to attend virtually, the service will be recorded.
