The family of Yook Ching Yuen is saddened to announce her passing on June 16th, 2021 at the age of 96. Born in 1924, Yook Ching Yuen lived a full life as a kind hearted, genuine, and loving person. She was a woman with many talents who quickly adapted to life in Canada after immigrating to Toronto in the 1970s with her husband and family.

Yook Ching Yuen was one to spread light wherever she went. Those who have met her know of her joy of life. She always delighted in sharing with others and never expecting anything in return. She loved her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren deeply and enjoyed spending time with them over good food and laughter.

Yook Ching Yuen is survived by her 7 children and 11 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. She will be greatly missed by all and those whose hearts she has touched.
