Yau-Chun Chau 鄒祐珍女士安息

June 11, 1924 -  June 15, 2021

Chau Yau Chun passed away peacefully on June 15, 2021, at the age of 97. She was born on June 11, 1924, in Macau where she was raised. She moved to Hong Kong before eventually settling down in Toronto, Canada.

She loved playing mahjong with her friends and family and spending time with her children and grandchildren. She also enjoyed sharing meals in the company of loved ones and participating in a knitting club.

A devout Catholic, Yau Chun is survived by her children, Tome (Lucy), Lucia, John (Amy), Maria (Anthony), Cecilia, Francis (Christine), and Theresa (Stephen); eleven grandchildren, Steven, Benjamin, Caesar, Jason (Beata), Suzanne, Jamie, Victor, Justin (Samantha), Vicki, Evelyn, and Desmond; and three great grandchildren, Bianka, Anika, and Jaden.

A private family memorial will be held at Pine Hills Cemetery and Funeral Centre.
