驾鹤西去，魂归故里。戴新来先生因病抢救无效，于多伦多2021年12月30日晚11时(北京时间2021年12月31日12时)溘然长逝，享年七十八岁。

戴新来先生一生忠厚善良，开朗豁达，古道热肠，多才多艺，热爱生活。他为工作鞠躬尽瘁，对同事温暖如春，对朋友热心真诚。他是对伴侣尊重有加的丈夫，为儿女倾尽全力的父亲，对孙儿呵护宠爱的祖父。生者默念，逝者安息。我们永远深爱他……
