✝️ Obituary for Xianjia Li ✝️
With hearts full of love and sorrow, the Pan family announces that Xianjia Li, a beloved wife, mother, mother-in-law, grandmother, and faithful servant of the Lord, was called home to be with her Heavenly Father on August 30, 2025, at the age of 90.
She passed away peacefully in her sleep with a gentle smile, surrounded by the love of her devoted husband, at their home in Richmond Hill, Ontario, Canada, around 4:00 a.m. Her earthly journey ended, and she entered into eternal rest in the arms of her Savior.
Xianjia was the cherished wife of Guoying Pan, the loving mother of Chiu Wa Poon, Jie Hua Pan, and Kevin Pan, and the dear mother-in-law of Ngar Kit Ho, Yi Wen Feng, and Celine Xu. She was also the joyful grandmother of six grandchildren: Gary Pan, Ka Ki Poon, Jessica Pan, Kyler Pan, Megan Pan, and Kyleigh Pan.
In her professional life, she faithfully served as a head nurse, caring for patients with compassion and skill. In her family life, she was a devoted wife and mother, raising three sons with love and fully supporting her husband’s career. After retirement, she continued her life of service by lovingly helping to care for her six grandchildren.
Xianjia was a woman of grace, beauty, and kindness. Even in her later years, as she endured the trials of Alzheimer’s disease, her gentle and sweet spirit never faded. She left a lasting impression of love, faith, and patience on her family, friends, and even the caregivers who attended her.
The Funeral Service and Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 7, 2025, from 1:15 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at Elgin Mills Cemetery, Cremation & Funeral Centres, 1591 Elgin Mills Rd E, Richmond Hill, ON L4S 1M9.
She lived her life following the Lord’s teachings, bravely fighting countless battles against illness. She has finished the race she was meant to run and kept the faith she believed in. Now, resting peacefully in the Lord’s embrace, may she rejoice in the eternal glory of Heaven.

潘家怀着无比的爱与沉痛的心情告知：李显嘉女士——深爱的妻子、母亲、婆婆、祖母，基督里的忠心仆人——已于 2025年8月30日凌晨4时左右，在加拿大安大略省烈治文山的家中，宁静安详离世，享年90岁。她在挚爱丈夫的陪伴下，于睡梦中带着微笑回归天家，进入主的怀抱，得享永恒安息。
李显嘉女士是 潘国英 先生的挚爱妻子，潘昭华、潘杰华、潘劲峰 三位儿子的慈母，何雅洁、冯一文、许穗萍 三位儿媳的敬爱的婆婆。她更是六位孙辈 潘家骏、潘家麒、潘蔼欣、潘启恒、潘文沁、潘文玥的慈爱祖母。
在工作中，她曾是一名敬业的 护士长，以专业和爱心照顾过无数病人。在家庭中，她勤恳无私，含辛茹苦抚养三位儿子，全心支持丈夫的事业，为家庭的幸福与成就做出了巨大贡献。退休后，她仍然甘于奉献，悉心照料六位孙辈，用她的爱与温柔滋养下一代的成长。
她优雅美丽，善良慈爱。晚年虽饱受阿尔茨海默症困扰，但依然保持甜美与温柔，令家人、朋友以及悉心照料她的护工们深受感动。
遗体告别仪式 将于 2025年9月7日下午1点15分至3点 在 Elgin Mills Cemetery, Cremation & Funeral Centres（地址：1591 Elgin Mills Rd E, Richmond Hill, ON L4S 1M9） 举行。
她一生听从主的教导，打过无数与病魔的硬仗，跑尽了她当跑的路，守住了所信的道。如今她已安息主怀，愿她享天国永生的荣光。
