(Tony) Woon Yin Chong passed away peacefully on Thursday, February 20, 2020 at Hill House Hospice in his 83rd year.

Beloved husband, father, and grandfather. He leaves behind a devoted and loving wife Carole, son Mark, grandson Kalani, daughter-in-law Karolina, sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law. He will also be sadly missed by his brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Tony will be lovingly remembered in the hearts of his family and friends.

I have been thinking about so many memorable times and of all the times you would be watching TV and laughing so hard one would think that you were in a room filled with people and just having fun. I know that Carole and I would often be in another room and couldn't resist laughing. I guess we laughed because you were so happy.
Domenic always appreciated that you asked about his well being every time without fail and sends your hello every time unless you were sleeping when the visit was over. I can still picture you clearly, the first day I met you in 1975 and became friends over the years. We are blessed to have known you and to call you a friend. Love and blessings. We will never forget you!
