關榮康先生 Wing Hong Quan

July 3, 1944 -  April 29, 2023

Wing Hong (David) Quan, 78, passed away peacefully on Saturday, April 29, 2023, at Princess Margaret Cancer Centre, surrounded by his loving family, following his recent cancer diagnosis.

Wing Hong is survived by his devoted wife of 57 years, Yeung Yee (Anna). He was father to Kinny (Joko Velanoski), Walter, and Kaye (Paul George); and grandpa to Michael, Jason, Meghan, Logan and Christopher. He is also survived by his caring sisters Wing Chi and Timmie Wing Ping (Stephen Louie), brother-in-law Roy Wong, and his many beloved nephews: Kenneth, Joy, Vincent, Simon, Benson and Edmund.

Wing Hong was predeceased by his honourable parents, Chong Chak Kwan and Wong Do Keun, cherished sister Wendy Wing Ping Wong and revered brother-in-law Lo Tan Szeto.

A private family viewing, service, and interment will take place on Tuesday, May 9, 2023 at York Cemetery & Funeral Centre.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in his memory, to the Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation, in recognition of the staff that blessed him with peace, care, and dignity in his final days.
