We're all going to miss Bill. He always had a cheery outlook and didn't have a bad thing to say about anyone.

My dear Uncle Bill - I have wonderful memories going as far back as I can remember. From summer visits to Santa’s Village to our Harper Family Vacation to England (“well here we are …“ videographer extraordinaire) to table party tricks with napkins, there was never a dull moment. Uncle Bill lived life to the fullest and always found a way to bring out the laughs in any situation. My heartfelt condolences to Lynn, Steve, Kaitlyn and Jeff. He will be dearly missed.

Very fond memories of your father and your family. Good times together watching our dads in parades with the "Sigs" and dinners together. He was a wonderful man with a great sense of humor. He will be greatly missed. Our thoughts and prayers to you, Jeff and the family.

To Lynn, Jeff and family. I am so sorry to hear of your fathers passing. I grew up with your parents in my life. I loved them dearly. Our parents used to love to travel together. I always liked to hear about their crazy adventures! I was witness to your father playing the morning ritual at the cottage to raise the flag each day! I am happy that I kept in touch with your father over the past several years, always nice to catch up on our lives.
My heart is with you as this chapter closes. Sending much love, Rae-Anne

So sorry to hear of Uncle Bill’s passing. I’ll always remember the times we spent with the family during holidays when I was a kid. Aunts, Uncles and Grandparents with lots of love and loads of laughs. Bill will be missed by many but remembered always! Love and prayers to all!❤️🙏
