MUGFORD, William Josiah “Bill”

Passed away at Taunton Mills in Whitby on Saturday October 2, 2021 at the age of 81 with Beverley at his side. Bill was the loving father of Beverley Mugford (Ian Kettle) and loving grandfather of Ethan Ross Lewis. Bill will also be fondly remembered by Bev and Rick Cunliffe, loving son Edward Mugford (Penny), loving daughter Doris Woods (Ron), granddaughters Ariana (Maicol), Shannon and great granddaughter Giavanna. Bill was a loving brother of Gertrude Mugford and was predeceased by brothers Josiah and Howard. He will be dearly missed by many extended family and friends. Bill was a Master Corporal in the Canadian Armed Forces, retiring after more than two decades of service. He will be fondly remembered for his regimented and meticulous nature. Beverley wishes to extend her sincere gratitude to the caring, compassionate staff of Taunton Mills for their care and professionalism shown both Bill and herself. As per his own wishes, no formal funeral services will take place.
