William Emile Abisawan

January 29, 1955 - February 8, 2024

William “Emile”Abisawan passed away on February, 8th 2024 at the age of 69, in the City of Toronto,Ontario, From an unexpected heart attack. Even though a failing heart took him away from this world, his loving heart left a beacon of light for all in the community. His battle with serious medical issues in recent years showed his courage in facing life challenges with a smile.

William was a comedian at times and had a saying for his closest friends/family that was “No Money, No Honey”. He also had interest in sports like watching the Toronto Maple Leafs hockey every night that they would play.

His interest in “Zajal” Arabic Poetry was beyond his favorite hobby/trait and couldn't resist listening/watching it at any given day/night.

William met his love of his life, Samira, in the City of Toronto at Samira's sister's household where they bonded together and had an immediate love connection.

My deepest condolences to all the family of Abi Sawan may he rest in peace habiby William my best friend for 42 years this is a great loss for me but I have to accept the will of Almighty Glory Upon Him God. All I can hope that he is in a better place more peacfull he worked so hard and did lots of favoures for lots of people during his visit to earth to may God bless his soul we shall meet one day.
