Jim, Stella, Brenda, Jack, myself and Bill would have our Friday weekly lunch at Algoma in Bowmanville for years, until the pandemic .
Bill loved our gathering and was always in a jovial mood, we had lots of laughs.
Bill was one of the kindest, gentle man that we called a friend, he will be missed.

We are so sorry to have heard the passing of Bill.
He was our next door neighbour on Reytan Blvd for more than 25 years. He was also friends with our family of Martin, Diane and Monique Houde who live on Colmar.
He was an inspiration to all whom he met. He had a most generous heart, great sense of humour and a flashing smile. He gave a helping hand to many of his neighbours over the years. Our condolences! John, Donna, Susan and John Jr. Komer

Chris and Jennifer,
I’m so sad to hear of your fathers passing. Kinda took for granted he’d also be around forever. I didn’t get one last hug. But will alway remember his smile. He always made me feel like I was family. He will be so missed. Love to you both. Xoxx

Dear Susan, Bruce and Wayne: I am so very sorry to hear about Bill. My husband, Joe and Bill were great friends. The last time Joe spoke to Bill was just after Georgia had died and we were going to get together to share memories of our youths but it never did happen. Joe also passed away from prostate care on March 20th this year. We would think of you all often as we still have the mirror in our dining room that Marg and Bill gave us as a wedding present back in 1968! I remember all the fun times we had together and you must do the same as I think your Dad would want that. Please accept my sincerest condolences at this difficult time. Love to you all. Heather
