March 5, 1950 - July 15, 2018

On Sunday July 15, 2018, Wendy passed away suddenly, after a brief illness at Bowmanville Hospital.

Loving mother of Bill Howes. Beloved sister of Darlene Sutherland, Cheryl & Jack Duffy, and Marilyn & Paul Williams. Sadly missed by many nieces and nephews. Pre-deceased by her husband John, sister Donna Prevost, her parents Leonard & Margaret Woodcock, brother-in-laws Barry Sutherland, and Joseph Prevost.

Visitation & funeral services will be held at Thornton Cemetery on Monday July 30, 2018. Visitation will be held at 12:00 p.m. in the chapel with funeral service and internment to follow at 1:00 p.m.

Sadly missed, but always remembered.

Wendy and I went back a long way and were very close when we were young as we were the same age. I always wanted to get together with her but circumstances got in the way. You will be missed and I will always remember our good times together!
