Peacefully, with family by his side, in the early morning, on Sept 25th, 2016, at age of 76. Beloved Husband, Father, Weimin has left this world and for all who loved him so dearly it will be forever changed. He made an indelible mark on so many lives by the way he lived his own; with integrity, humility, compassion, loyalty and courage. He was a wonderful son, husband, father, brother, papa and friend.

Born on October 1, 1939 in Shanghai, China. He graduated from East China Normal University with a BSc in Chemistry.

After graduation, he started teaching in Faculty of Textile Chemistry, DongHua University as lecturer. Thanks to his hard work and excellent teaching skills, he was promoted to professor and Associate Department Head. He also served as Doctoral advisor at the same time.

Besides teaching, he wrote many university textbooks and published several papers specialized in the organic chemistry for textile process.

He enjoyed walking, reading his newspaper, listening to his music, sharing posts on WeChat and talking to different kinds of people. But most of all he loved his family who will forever keep Weimin's incredible spirit alive in our hearts.

"A long life may not be long enough. But a good life usually is." Weimin had a very good life.


According to his will, no flowers or donations will be accepted.
