August 1, 1950 -  July 12, 2024

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Wei Chun Liang, who passed away on July 12, 2024, in Scarborough, surrounded by his loving family, at the age of 73.

Wei was a devoted husband to Pien Tsui Liang, a cherished father to his three children, Helen Tran, Lisa Liang, and Tony Liang, and a beloved grandfather to his six grandchildren, Lauren, Sophie, William, Baby Tran, Theo, and Nathan. He was also a respected father-in-law to Quoc Tran, Paulo De Gouveia, and Joan Leung.

In 1980, Wei moved to Canada with his wife, where they tirelessly worked to build a life for their family. Proudly dedicating 31 years of his career to Magna, Wei exemplified a strong work ethic and commitment. Beyond his professional endeavors, Wei's greatest devotion was to his family. He made countless sacrifices, and always prioritized their well-being. His life was a testament to the values of perseverance, love, and selflessness. His unwavering love, commitment, and selflessness will forever be remembered and treasured by all who knew him.

A private service will be held to honor and celebrate Wei Chun Liang's life. His legacy of love and dedication will continue to inspire and guide us. May he rest in peace.
