In memory of

Wayne Thomas Patterson

January 18, 1942 -  October 31, 2023

Peacefully surrounded by the love of his family at home on Tuesday, October 31, 2023 at the age of 81. Predeceased by his parents Margaret and Thomas, his sister’s Joyce and Shirley. Beloved husband of Veronica. Cherished step dad of James (Michele) and David. Loving Papa of Patrick, Nicole, Grace and Cole. Survived by his sister Joan. Wayne was a much-loved Educator and worked for the Durham School Board. Wayne had a love of golf and music; he was a vibrant man full of laughter. He will be greatly missed by his extended family, and many friends. Per Wayne’s request, cremation has taken place and a Celebration of Life will take place at a later date. In lieu of flowers, a memorial donation can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
