Edward, Wayne Alexander - Suddenly passed at the age of 63, early Wednesday, July 18, 2018, after a very brief bout with cancer. Survived by his loving family: wife Sharon, two daughters Erin and Lauryn, his sister Carol, and nieces Kathleen and Vicky and families. Predeceased by his baby son Sean, his father Alexander, mother Phyllis, stepdad Maurice, brother-in-law Harold, and dogs Monty, Jessie, and Bailey. To be cremated.

Husband, intense ringette coach, former systems analyst, of late realtor, hockey fan, and golfer. Amazing trivia recall, king of obscure expressions, lover of history and loud music.

So sorry Sharon, Erin and Lauryn for your loss. My condolences. Taken far too early, but I will remember him fondly. He often bragged about his daughters, obviously a proud father. In an age of alternate facts, Wayne was always interested in the truth. My favourite expression of his..."So then, tell me this ....".
